摘要

There are vital relations between employee's career development and their competence. Based on the discussion about the concept of competence and career development, this paper has made a further analysis of the inherent logical relationship. The paper states that it is the key qualitative factors of competency (the main referencing standard is competency dictionary) which has played a deciding role in career development.
