摘要

Biomass particles are difficult to be transported by screws because of their unusual properties. It is found that biomass particles form bridge and adhere to the wall in the storage bin of biomass pyrolysis equipment. Therefore, spring steel bar component is devised by our research team. It is set in the storage bin and driven by the rotating of the first screw. The experimental results show that biomass particles are delivered uniformly by screws without forming bridge or adhering to the wall of storage bin and the delivery capacity doubles even without extra power consumption.
