Study on Evaluation Model of Private Enterprise's Institutional Innovation

摘要

The private enterprises is the essential part of economic development in China.However,the majority of Chinese private enterprises are formed in special environment and their institutional defects are unavoidable.Private enterprise institutional innovation should be changed constantly along with the development of private enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the institutional innovation in order to judging the new institution of private enterprise whether it is reasonable.This paper proposes the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) for evaluating the institutional innovation of private enterprises,it will help private enterprises to design and rearrange the institutions in standardized way.
