Because of their unique organization forms and basic contradictions,reformation of familial enterprises is well concentrated on and the key and difficulty is human resources reform.This paper makes a definition of familial enterprises in China and analyses the problems existed in the human resources management of Chinese familial enterprises by summing up the experience of predecessors.Under the guidance of thought of open,applicability and fairness,suggestions about innovative human resources reform are given that the reform of Chinese familial enterprises should be based on science management.Accordingly Chinese familial enterprises should establish the "human-oriented" idea,set up performance-centered examine system,build the work style of "doing everything for the employees",and finally establish the flexible excitation mechanism to take the employee's needs as the goal.
