摘要

A cellular micro-mechanics model of material with sweat-gland structures hasbeen developed and used to calculate and analyze the influence of micro-mechanicalproperties on cellular deformation of this material with sweat-gland structures.Theresults show that the cellular deformation depends on the porosity of the material,andthe cellular wall with hard phase (TIC) greatly affects the deformation of the cellularnucleus of soft phase (Ag-Cu-Pb-Sn) due to the difference of micro-mechanicalproperties between them.The result also shows the soft phase deformation iscontrolled by changing the composition of hard phase,and the overflow of lubricantincreases with the decrease of elastic modulus of cellular wall.
