Research of the Innovation Management in Library of the University Based on the Knowledge Management

The management innovation is vatal and inevitable to the development of the library in the university. In the information age, the management of the university library must be innovated unceasingly in order to adapt to the development of the information technology and meet the higher education's demands. From the angle of the management innovation, This article carried on the analysis on the present situation of the university library's management, and elaborated the implication of the knowledge management and the necessity of implementing the knowledge management in university library. The specific measures were　proposed about the management innovation Moreover, the methods were elaborated from the aspects of the management structure, the organizations and agencies,the management pattern and the human resource. Last but not the least, the inspection system of developing the university library was introduced to insepect the result of developing the university library, which gives the university an effective method to carry on the Innovation Management.
