Study of the Coastal City’s Sustainable Development between Regional Oceanic Economy and Ecological Environment

The paper focuses on oceanic environment,studies how to attain sustainable development between regional oceanic economy and city’s ecological environment.A coastal city is a good district to develop oceanic industry,because the development of coastal cities is mainly supported by sea．Urban development of oceanic economy depends on the good environment,but the oceanic economy overload can also cause the urban environment to become worse，Therefore，they must obey the coordination development to achieve“double wins”．The coastal cities need to pay more attention to protecting their ecological environment while developing oceanic economy．How to deal with the relationship between ecological environment and oceanic economy is a prcrequisite of environmental sustainable development in coastal cities and ocean．Based on the concepts of ecological environment and oceanic economy,the paper builds up an urban oceanic economy and coordinated model of ecological environment to offer a quantitative assessment for sustainable development between the ecological environment and oceanic economy in the coastal cities．It consults domestic and international articles，takes the sustainable development as the theoretical basis，and combines fuzzy mathematics．Take Rizhao as an example，a northern coastal city in Shandong，China．Relating and collecting the data of ecological environment and oceanic economy from 2002 to 2007．ushag those statistics as the basic data of coordinated model of urban oceanic economy and ecological environment,the paper adopts the corresponding standards and targets，calculates the sustainable development degree of oceanic economy and environment in Rizhao．And the result sheows that Rizhao is the good region of sustainable development，but its ecological environment lags．As Rizhao is a northern cityin China,ocanic industry presents an obvious seasonal imbalance scenic spots are in the inactive state for almost half a year．
