摘要

More attention has been focused on corporate social responsibilities (CSR) theoretically and empirically recently years. However, a model that integrates the fruit of many studies into strategy management to support the full implementation of CSR strategy is missing in the current literature. This paper thus focuses on the question how to manage and control CSR activities. Using a theoretical approach, a win-win management control mode of CSR is developed. Such a mode would enhance CSR involvement and foster harmonious relationship between the development of corporations and society.
