In China the synergy marketing system of cigarette industry and commerce is becoming more and more institutionalized and normalized, which brings about an advance in tobacco enterprise.Considering the business requirement of cigarette industry and commerce synergy marketing(CICSM),the design of platform system of cigarette industry and commerce synergy marketing based on ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM(Custorner Relation Management) integration including its design proposal, function model and implement, is presented in this paper. The presented platform system supports the strong function of aiding synergy marketing, integrated management and decision making so as to realize effectively resource allocation optimization and benefit maximization.
