摘要

After analyzing the deficiency of eontemporary network architecture.the idea and concept of micro-communication element system(MCES)were introduced.MCES designs difTIerent Virtual Circuit(VC)for different types of data.In order to resolve congestion problem and increase good throughput for MCES,a congestion feedback signals based mechanism which uses routing feedback information to adjust the sending rate was proposed.NS simulation results show that this new scheme can significantly improve the performance of network.
