Appraising scientifically mining geological environment is of great importance to the sustained and coordinated development of the mining exploitation. This paper takes the influence degree of mining exploitation on mining geological environment, the density of geological hazards, the planning of mine resources exploitation and utilization, the controlling and reconstruction difficulty of mine ecological environments as appraising factors. Considering the concrete situations that the appraising factors affect the mining geological environment quality with significant difference and can be built up layers, a synthetic appraising mathematical model is set up based on the layer model of mining environmental system: firstly, analyze deciding weight and multilayer weighting form, put forward a deciding weight method system which realizes the organic combination of subjective methods and objective methods; secondly, build up the connection between multilayer weighting analysis and matrix by using the "tree" concept of operational research, set up membership grade rectangular on the base of main factors and indexes; thirdly, synthesis the weighting fuzzy subsets of each main factors and each indexes, and secondary synthesis weighting fuzzy subsets by main factor again; finally establish a integrate evaluation. The integrate quality of mining geological environment can be divided into grades of good, general and bad. As a result, it is applied into the evaluation of Siding mine in Guangxi province and makes the result more satisfying.
