摘要

The article through studies the relations among the energy consumed in grinding and the particle size of the crushing product, the energy consumed in crashing and the particle size of the product and the particle size of the feeding and the cost of dynamite and the average granularity of the exploded ore in the east of Hebei Province area partial iron mine , the rational distribution of the energy consumption mathematic modle has been established. Thus proposed "more crashing and less grinding" in optimizing the consumption of energy in ore-smashing,causes before the energy consumption distribution to move, the total energy consumption is smallest Bang moshan iron ore mine, using the results of blasting ,crushing and grinding three operations for a reasonable distribution of energy consumption and savings in the cost 121.5 million, achieved a better economic efficiency.
