The Measurable Model and the Entire Evaluated Tactics of Urban Vulnerability

摘要

The paper believes that the origin of urban vulnerability is highly relevant with inner system of a city,and puts in the definition of urban vulnerability on the view of such relativity. It also first establishes a set of operating measurable model on the expectation of evaluating the vulnerability through the available data,and shows some evidences to the emergency management sectors and the building program sectors. It is a good way to help them make decision effectively,and still sets forth the entire evaluated tactics based on the measurable model at the last of the paper.
