Analysis on Government Behavior in MA and Assets Restructuring

摘要

The government behavior in M&A and assets restructuring includes intervention and guidance. In this article,we analyze the necessaries and frictions of government behavior in M&A and assets restructuring on the basis of self organization and hetero organization theories. We assert that in the process of M&A and assets restructuring,a system combining both of market power and government power should be established which not only depends on the self-organizing force of market but also on the hetero-organizing force of government.
