Analyzing the Knowledge Flow's Roles in National Innovation System

Knowledge flow in national innovation systems refers to knowledge flow inside and between the system elements such as enterprises,colleges and research institutions. The substance of knowledge flow lies in promoting effective combinations of innovation elements and improving innovation capabilities of innovation systems.Knowledge flow in national innovation systems can help better realize the value of knowledge,but the knowledge flow motivations of various behavior subjects and individuals in the organization are different at a certain level,and some of them are even contradictory.Knowledge flows are gradually becoming organized activities and the governments of different countries all strive to improve the efficiency of knowledge flow with a series of system arrangements.
