Changed Views in Aspects of Disaster Suffering,Cause and Government Relief Measures in China

摘要

Along with the developments of technology,economy and society,the natural disaster has new features. In order to efficiently relieve the disaster and maintain economic sustainable development,the government should change its awareness in disaster prevention and relief and draw up corresponding measures to reduce the damage of disaster to certain extent upon the society.
