This treatise allows purpose to find application possibility to mobile communication appliances through fuel cell package design presentation for use that is more safe and convenient by conveyance, storage, use of methanol. As long as fuel cell module that miniaturization is propelled already for this harmonizes and unfolds to be bitter to existing electronic goods, focused to present design of package modularized fuel cell. Therefore, so that is more convenient and use is easy present incommodiousness about use of mobile communication appliances through designed fuel cell package module suitableness portion to be canceled forecast.
