For the parameters in the product reliability design are uncertain, based on Liu's fuzzy chance constrained theory, the chance goal constrained programming model upon the issues that the system contains N sub-systems,each sub-systems has various designs to choose, and how many redundant elements should be used in the purpose of achieving the predicted range by choosing the available one under the limited range of system cost and weight, is built up. Then the conception of certain degree is given,and the method that defines the fuzzy membership function of the reliability design model parameters by certain degree is also given. In order to solve the fuzzy chance goal constrained programming model of product reliability design, the fuzzy chance constrained programming model should be checked at first. And when the vector is not satisfied to the constrained condition, the penalty function method should be adopted. Secondly, the steps (procedures) based on fuzzy simulated genetic algorithm to solve fuzzy chance goal constrained programming are provided. Finally, a typical problem about the system reliability design with definite connection structure is given. In the problem, all parameters are a type of triangle fuzzy data. Besides, the algorithm's reliability is also proved by a solution example of mechanics' system reliability design. Research on the connection structure's uncertainty and the detailed design will be the major job in future.
