Intelligence Electric Instrument Hardware Design under Network Environment

With the unceasingly development of the social productive forces, effective use of the energy already becomes an important problem of the national correlative management department. The traditional electric instrument is essentially the mechanical or electrical measuring appliance, which has many shortages, such as people must artificially copy when the charge, trouble,even make easily mistake, therefore the intelligent electric instrument have become the hotspot in the engineering research field. With the rapid development of the computer technology and the network technology, to manage and control use of the energy using the network technology has become the trend.Various insufficient of traditional electric instrument in application is analyzed in this paper, a new intelligence electric instrument which adapts with the modem computer technology and the network technology is studied to satisfy the new demand of electrical energy management and the control of the modem society. Firstly,the design scheme of the intelligence electric instrument is put forward, it is composed by the common electric instrument and the network reader, the network reader is the core of intelligence electric instrument, it includes CPU, modem, memorizer, creepage protection chip,lightningproof ion switch, infrared communication circuit,and other some components, such as resistances,capacitance, audion, diode etc. Secondly, each mainly part of the network reader is studied, the type of mainly part is chose. The work mode of every part is designed and then the circuit diagram is given.Based on the design mentioned above, lastly, the control program is compiled and debugged, and the intelligent electric instrument is come true. It has successfully applied in certain intelligent community. The result shows that it can satisfy the design demands, can save the manpower and the physical resource, and can enhance the economic efficiency of the whole country.
