摘要

Honeycomb paper core forming is an important process in paper core manufacture, because the performance and the quality of paperboard are greatly enhanced when the honeycomb hole is stretched to a regular hexagon structure. In view of the above, first the finite element method is used to make the NMF (Neutral Material File) of honeycomb core with different structure parameter that can be input into ADAMS. Next, a paper core stretching simulation is carded out; thus can be obtained the variation trend of the stretching force, that of the stretching speed, and that of the lateral shrinkage needed in paper core manufacture of different specifications. This research can provide useful instruction in the actual manufacture of honeycomb paper core.
