On Cultivating Innovation Ability of the College Students

The innovative talents are need greatly in the modern society. The universities are confronted with the circumstances that the students have neither enough ideas nor enough capacities of innovation. In order to cultivate the university students' innovative abilities and to meet the needs of the new era, universities should make an effort to change the educational concept, reform the methods of education and teaching, build a good environment for innovative education, and encourage the students to take part in the science and technology activities.
