In this paper, we propose a new delayed state-feedback chaotic mapping control approach. This approach uses Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model to represent original chaotic system and adopts parallel distributed compensation (PDC) scheme via delayed state feedback. Result obtained in this paper is represented in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), thus designing controller becomes very convenient. This method works well for any chaotic mapping. An example is given to demonstrate its application to Henon mapping.
