摘要

In this paper a calculation model of flow process was built using 1 dimension gas dynamics and thermodynamics simulation software BOOST. In order to investigate the effect of EGR system on a 4-valve Turbo Diesel engine, which was refitted from a 2-valve original type, both the layout of Low Pressure Loop (LPL) EGR system and the layout of High Pressure Loop (HPL) EGR system are simulated and compared. This analytic result and conclusions can be as reference of flow process optimization of EGR system.
