PeinaDB is a comprehensive functional proteomics database designed to represent data on protein and enzyme that interact with nucleic acids with known NMR or X-ray crystallographic structures. By taking the advantages of the latest industry information technology of Microsoft. Net platform and distributed object-oriented computing, the PeinaDB application (PeinaWeb) will be developed as user-driving task-oriented data manipulation and query for high throughput production and screening. Data are collected from the public biological databases and research references filtered via a search engine.
