In this paper, global robust stability problem of normbounded uncertain cellular neural networks with timevarying delay is studied. By applying Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and S-procedure, the global robust stability criterion is obtained in the form of linear matrix inequality (LMI). The effectiveness of the presented robust stability criterion is demonstrated by a numerical example.
