STUDYING THE DYNAMIC DEFINITION METHOD OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT BUSINESS PROCESS BASED ON WORKFLOW TECHNOLOGY

Quality management information system (QMIS) is an actual example that information technology apply to quality management. It has many advantages that the conventional methods can not compare with, such as quality data collecting, sharable storage and rapidly processing. But many existing QMIS don’t be successfully applied in enterprise. Analyzing the reason, there are two questions: Firstly, during the development of QMIS, it is very difficult for users and developers to well and truly see the enterprise quality management business process. Secondly, the existing QMIS almost take the developing pattern——solidifying the business process in system. When enterprise business process has been changed or improved because of the market, QMIS don’t fit enterprise‘s actual needs. Aiming at mentioned two questions, this article first constructs the quality control structured model via analyzing gear’s quality control process. And then, based on workflow technology, this article discusses how to make enterprise user dynamic defining business process in QMIS.
