In ultra high speed spindles, the speed parameter or the numerical value of Dm n of the angular contact ball bearings is usually high to 2.5×106 mm.r/min or so, and the speed is approached to the limit rotational speed of bearing, so that the dynamic performances in the bearing is greatly cared about by designer, manufacturer as well as user. Taking the inertial forces of the rolling element in an angular contact ball bearing running at ultra high-speed into account and using the imitated static and imitated dynamic models of bearing analysis, the equilibrium equations of loads on every ball rolling element and the inner ring have been analyzed in this paper, and the procedure has been developed to model the bearing internal dynamic characteristics. The dynamic force on each rolling element is calculated through simulating in some case such as different bearing structure and working condition. Meantime a series of parameters about contact mechanics on both raceways and bearing dynamic stiffness is analyzed.
