Three-dimension Modeling and Simulation Of Trommel Screen in Waste Transfer Station

摘要

The separation function of the trommel screen in the waste transfer station is introduced in this paper. Some basic parameters of the trommel screen are given to finish the design. The three-dimension model with good visualization of the whole trommel screen is set up in the computer based on Pro/Engineer 2001 software with different views, and then the dynamic simulation in the specific conditions is studied when the virtual model is successfully put into Adams software and the simulation results are received by the virtual running. The design is a active combination between mechanical technology and environment science which will be helpful to deal with the environment problems especially the waste handling issues in China.
