PURPOSE: A double screen trommel and an apparatus for sorting construction waste having the same are provided to prevent clogging of a screen hole and adhesion of the construction waste to the trommel, and to sort the construction waste by kinds and sizes thereof. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for sorting a construction waste includes a feeder(300) having a hopper(310) and a vibrating separator(320), a first sorting device having a hot blast heater(410) for drying and firstly sorting the construction waste, a vibrating screen(420) for separating the construction waste dropped from the feeder, a first discharging device for discharging sorted waste, a conveyer device for transferring the waste sorted from the first sorting device, a double screen trommel(100) which sorts the transferred waste and has double trommel with different diameters, a second discharging device for transferring waste sorted from the trommel, a high pressure injection cleaner(500) for cleaning a screen hole of the trommel, and a third sorting device having a third/fourth discharging device for discharging waste from the double trommels, a blower for separating the waste through sucking, a sorter(640) for sorting bulky waste, and a fifth discharging device for discharging the waste sorted from the sorter.
