In the paper the new laser technology in the nanopowder production are presented.It’s based on a new method of laser radiation delivery to dispersed medium - powder stream,based on conical laser beams. The main idea consists in provision of laser power delivery tomicropowder stream uniformly across the surface of stream, evaporation of a microparticles,followed by vapour condensation to nanopowders and based on unique properties of conicallaser beams . Conical beams are formed on focus the laser beam by conical lens or mirrors –axicons The results of calculations of powder stream impact on conical beam parameters aswell as micropowder particles heating and evaporation is displayed. High efficiency of thenew method as applied to nanopowders production has been demonstrated.
