A NEW DIVISIBLE ANONYMOUS OFF-LINE ELECTRONIC PAYMENT SYSTEM

With the development of electronic commerce, many electronic payment methods have been proposed, among which anonymous off-line electronic payment systems have attracted much attention. Many off-line electronic payment systems have been designed; most of these are divisible and are based on public-key cryptographic methods. In this paper a new efficient divisible anonymous off-line electronic payment system based on RSA signature, Schnorr signature, and a hash function is introduced. With the involvement of Trusted Third Party (TTP), this payment system avoids the complicated and inefficient interaction between the customer and the bank at the registration stage in most existing systems without any loss of its overall security.
