摘要

The criterion for physical modeling of urban heat island is investigated. Logistical difficulties of field experiments and numerical models have prompted the development of physical modeling. It is actually impossible to attempt a strict similarity between the physical modeling and the prototype in urban heat island. Based on the principles of similarity and comparison analysis, this paper approaches the 5 basic di-mensionless coefficients, initial and boundary conditions and the similarity parameter for the source of pollution in the simulation experiment of urban heat island, and puts forth the best approximate solution. This paper by studying on the physical modeling of urban heat island could also provide much reference for the choice of model, the arrangement and controlling of the parameters in the experiment.
