Analysis of T- lymphocyte Subpopulations and Clinical Progression in SARS Patients

Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) is a kind of serious infectious disease, which has been confirmed to be acute respiratory infectious disease caused by a novel coronavirus. In our clinical practice we found that all the SARS patients have obvious declines in T lymphocyte Subpopulations. We do this research in order to make clear the relationship between the declines of T lymphocyte - Subpopulations and the severity of SARS patients , to understand the pathogenesis and to find an early warning factor in severe patients of SARS.
