Genome bases sequences characterization by a neuro-fuzzy predictor

The prediction of the structure of the genes is addressed using a new method and tools, involving the sequence of distances between bases and neuro-fuzzy predictors. The method is tested on the genome of the HIV virus and the results look promising compared to other methods.
