Specific features of soft mechanochemical synthesis as a method to prepare dispersed ceramic materials are considered. The advantages of soft mechanochemical synthesis are demonstrated using the preparation of ZrTiO_4, Al_2TiO_3 and ZrSiO_4 dispersed powders as examples.It is shown that the soft mechanochemical synthesis allows obtaining nano-sized particles close in size to the particles obtained by sol-gel method. The existence of optimal composition range has been demonstrated in which the synthesis occurs with highest efficiency.
