Multirate sampled-data systems: all Hscr;_∞suboptimal controllers and the minimum entropy controller

For a general multirate SD (sampled-data) system, we characterizeexplicitly the set of all causal, stabilizing controllers that achieve acertain ℋ_∞ norm bound; moreover, we giveexplicitly a particular controller that further minimizes an entropyfunction for the SD system. The characterization lays the groundwork forsynthesizing multirate control systems with multiple/mixed controlspecifications
