ORAL LOW MOLECULAR WEIGHT HEPARIN DERIVATIVES DELIVERY

摘要

Oral heparin delivery by coupling with bile acid showed a high absorption of heparin and no damage of the gastrointestinal tract (GI tract). These results establish the feasibility of oral delivery in rats and suggest new implications for the absorption of macromolecules.
