摘要

The hydrolytic activity in the skin for β-estradiol 17-acetate was found to distribute differently among human, hairless dog and hairless mouse using skin slicing technique. Therefore, the difference in the distribution of the enzymatic activity in the skin should be taken into account in the in vitro/in vivo experiment to optimize the transdermal prodrug delivery system.
