The device has an elongated handle piece (1) and a disk-like resilient connected application head (2) comprising primary and secondary resilient application surfaces (4, 5) on opposite sides. Circular elevations (6) are provided with different dimensions and run concentric to each other and an outer circumference of the application head. Elastic knobs are provided in different sizes. The primary application surface runs in an over-obtuse angle to a longitudinal axis of the handle piece and exhibits a larger surface than the secondary application surface. An independent claim is also included for a package unit comprising an application device.
