Added Value Services on the Greek Web for Schools

During the last four years, the Hellenic Pedagogical Institute (HPI) has had a consistent presence in the WWW virtual space, providing various educational services to the Greek schools' community (http://www.pi-schools.grX With the implementation of the project "Added Value Services on the Greek Web for Schools", the HPI aims to create an integrated learning environment over the WWW, which is going to complement and extend the already existing infrastructure. This paper addresses the objectives, the design principles and the functions of the project.
