Quality Audio circuits The Limitations of the Usual Design Methods

摘要

The audio fraternity often prefer the tube technology of old audio equipment. Thispreference seems to result from limitations in the conventional approach to circuitdesign. This paper analyses these limitations and those of the empirical approach,and proposes another design method closer to the reality of circuits and audiosignals, thereby allowing the tube user to accept present day electronic components.
