Structure and mobility of negative ions in simple fluids

摘要

The structure of O₂- ions in fluid Ne iscalculated in frame of density functional method. It is shown that thequalitative behaviour of the negative ion mobility is tightly coupledwith the structure of the complex created around the ion and can beexplained as a transition from the mobility of the liquid drop in thegas to the mobility of the void in the liquid strongly disturbed in thevicinity of the void
