摘要

The article contains the results of theoretical and experimental investigations on electric-activation technology of concrete mixes at the stage of vibrocompacting with the purpose of improving of concrete mixes workability, increasing of reinforced concrete structures quality, and also economies material and power resources. Is shown, that at optimum parameters of processing of concrete mixes in a high-voltage electrical field their viscosity at vibration is reduced, the conditions for intensification of structure formation processes are created and the physical characteristics of concrete products and structures are increased. On the other hand, specific power consumptions on electrical activation are minimum and make 1.5-2 Wt/m~3. the efficiency of electroprocessing is not identical to various kinds of concrete and rises with increasing in a blend composition the quantity of cement and small-sized fractions of aggregates (fillers) in the mix.
