There is a great need for the product's degradation analysis, reliability assessment and life estimation based on the gradual, or thime dependent deterioration of either product's outputs, intended design performance, or some other prduct design parameters which affect the product's main function. The proposed methodology is very flexible and is applicable in all situations when a product performance can be modeled with a linear or a nonlinear function whose parameters may be random, correlted and stress dependent. It provides the tools for performance stress evaluation and reliability estimation. The methodology is presented through the following case study.
