Abstract: We report the x-ray quantum efficiency of the XIS inthe soft x-ray band between 0.5 keV and 2.2 keV. Wealso report the x-ray and optical transmission of theOBF. We obtained the quantum efficiency of the XIS ofapproximately 0.25 at 0.53 keV. We also obtained thex-ray transmission of approximately 0.65 at O K$alphaand optical transmission below 5 $MUL 10$+$MIN@5$/ inthe range 400-950 nm. !10
