A set of coupled wave equations for the case of phase conjugation of strong signal at four-wave mixing (FWM) in media with two-photon absorption (TPA) is derived. A numerical simulation of this process is carried out on example of FWM of CO_2 laser radiation in semiconductor (InSb).
