We know that all mental development includes the expansion of knowledge and possibilities of the human imagination. In a time where a view of the world as magic action of some divinity was the view of the majority, the mathematics was reduced to pure geometry. The understanding of laws in nature, as reasons for happening events, was accompanied by the understanding of the four dimensional time and space relation as the base of mathematics. The upcoming of the fifth dimension as Klein-Kaluza-space in Mathematics during the 1920's was accompanied by the ideas of space travel.
