precursors for aqueous and liquid-based processign of ferroelectric thin films

摘要

Several highly water-soluble metal carboxylate precursors for barium titanqate,strontium titanate,barijum strontium titanate,and neodymium molybdate have been syntessized.A ne,facile preparative route for SrTiO(O_x)_2(O_x=oxalate) has been devreloped that involves passing a solution of K_2TiO(O_x)_2 through an ion-exchange resin to convert it to the proteo-dervative,H_2TiO(jO_x)_2.Treatemnt of the latter with SrCl_2 results in precipitation of SrTiO(O_x)_2 with a ratio of strntum L: titanium of 1:1.001.
