摘要

This paper presents results of reliabiity assessment of the Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant Accident Localization System (ALS). Dynamic ALS reliability model was developed combining thermalhydraulic and probabilistic safety assessment models of the ALS. The model evaluats probabilisitc characteristics of the ALS performance during the maximum design basis loss of coolant accident. The dynamic model based on the Markovian framework takes into acount partial failures or delay to activate the system. Two physical characteristics of the ALS-pressure and temperature wer analyzed in the model. The uncertainty of the results was evaluated and the impact of components failure data uncertainty was investigated.
