Handling of safety, health and environment in small process plants

摘要

The European proejct SPASE has addressed the needs of samall process plants in handling safety, health and nvironment (SHE) issues. The project started with a collection of information derived from a questionnaire to small process plants, interviews with inspectors, and a review of the literature and legislation. A second part includes the development of a method to support small plants in their work with SHE considerations. Results from the questionnaire and the interviews are presented. In general, the companies attitude to SHE issues was positive.
